You can delete your muretabi account and all associated data at any time,
directly in the app. Deletion is immediate — no email or waiting period
is required.
How to delete your account (in the app)
Open muretabi and sign in.
Tap your profile picture (top-right) → Edit profile.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Confirm twice — the action is permanent.
Your account and personal data are erased immediately, and you are signed out.

Email lilithfactor.zerotoone@gmail.com
from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We
will verify and process the request within 30 days.
What is deleted
Permanently removed
Your account (Google Sign-In identity) and profile (name, avatar).
Your trip memberships; trips you created are handed to another member so your group isn't stranded — a trip with no other members is deleted.
Your live location and location history (breadcrumb track).
Leaderboard entries tied to you.
Your voice / push-to-talk audio is never stored (transmitted live only), so there is nothing to delete.
What is kept, and for how long
Retained
Feedback or bug reports you submitted are kept, but anonymised — the link to your account is removed so the text cannot be tied to you.
Aggregated / de-identified analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.
Backups may retain data for up to 30 days before being overwritten on their normal cycle, after which the data is gone.
